Tim is a solicitor in the shipping group of our London office. An experienced solution finder and litigator in all aspects of shipping, insurance and reinsurance, Tim has had notable market successes in cargo and charterparty claims, seaworthiness/ISM compliance and CMR claims.
Career
Tim joined the firm in early 2007. He qualified at Clyde & Co in 1982 and has a BA (Hons) in Law. He speaks conversational French, German and Spanish.
