Expertise

Kelly is a partner based in our Athens office and a member of our Finance and Banking Group. She specialises in corporate and banking law and acts for both corporate and financial institutions on an extensive range of matters including project finance and PFI/PPP projects. Kelly has significant experience in the Balkan region and leads the project team both locally and in the wider S.E. European region.

Career

Kelly became a partner in 2006 after joining the firm in 2000, following her move from Canada where she practised as an avocate. She is a fluent Greek and French speaker. Kelly read law at the University of Sherbrooke (Quebec, Canada) and is a qualified Quebec avocate and Greek lawyer. She is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. Kelly is the general secretary to the Hellenic-Serbian Union of Commerce and Industry.
