Tim Kelleher

Tim is a partner in our London office and a member of our casualty response team. He specialises in commercial shipping problems and regularly advises on disputes arising under bills of lading and charterparties both on their own and following casualties, particularly those concerning the carriage of containers and the contamination of liquid cargoes. Tim also advises on international trade disputes and claims involving oil and petrochemicals.
Career
Tim became a partner in 1988 having joined the firm as an articled clerk in 1982. He speaks conversational Russian and read law at New College, Oxford.
