Graham Harris

Graham is a partner in our London office and a member of our casualty response team. He specialises in commercial shipping disputes and is a recognised leader in his field. Graham has experience of a wide variety of shipping problems, from issues arising under charterparties and bills of lading to groundings, fires and cargo claims. He also advises on marine insurance disputes as well as ship sale and purchase and building disputes.
Career
Graham became a partner in Thomas Cooper when he joined the firm in 2001. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1981. Graham sits on the Steering Committee of the London Shipping Law Centre and is a supporting member of the LMAA. Graham read law at Oxford University and was awarded a first class honours. In 1979, he was awarded the City of London Solicitor's Company Charles Steele First Prize.
