Expertise

Nicholas is a partner in our London office. He specialises in commercial litigation and his experience encompasses a wide range of commercial matters from all forms of security documentation and letters of credit to insurance and building disputes. Nicholas also handles international arbitrations, particularly ICC arbitrations.

Career

Nicholas became a partner in 1981, some 5 years after he joined the firm as an articled clerk in 1976. He is Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Shipwrights. Nicholas read law at Pembroke College, Oxford.
