Mark is a partner and a member of our finance group. He specialises in corporate finance and company commercial matters, including the sale and purchase of businesses and assets and secured lending, with a particular focus on trade finance and property developments.
Career
Mark became a partner in 2008, having joined the firm in 2005. He trained with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 1998 to 2000 and was an assistant solicitor in the finance department there until 2003.
