Expertise

Paul is a partner in our Singapore office. He specializes in ‘wet work’ and has over 26 years experience in investigating collisions, salvages and most categories of marine disasters, including fires and pollution. Paul also deals with marine hull insurance issues, including disputed total losses and coverage claims.

Career

Paul started life as an Army officer in the Brigade of Gurkhas before qualifying as a solicitor in 1980 and becoming a partner in Hill Dickinson in 1984. He transferred to Thomas Cooper in 1994 and went out to Singapore in 2001.
