Diana is part of the shipping group and specialises in dry and wet shipping, focusing particularly on charterparty disputes, groundings, unsafe port claims and jurisdiction disputes. She has assisted in the negotiation and resolution of a variety of claims through mediation, arbitration and litigation, including complex procedural cases and Charterparty fraud.

Career

Diana is qualifying as a Solicitor-Advocate in 2008, having previously completed the English Bar exams. Diana was educated at Gordonstoun School, King’s College (University of London), City University (London) and McGill University (Montreal). She has studied Law, with a particular focus on comparative insurance law, at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate level.
