Expertise

Peter is a solicitor based in our London office and a member of our finance group. He specialises in banking law including both secured lending and regulatory work. Peter also regularly advises on corporate finance and company commercial matters.

Career

Peter joined Thomas Cooper as an Assistant Solicitor in October 2008 having trained with a leading national firm. Peter read law and politics at Cardiff University and completed his LPC at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. Peter has also spent time with a leading law firm in South Africa and has worked in-house for a major UK based petroleum company.
