Marie is a solicitor in the shipping group of our London office. She has experience of both wet and dry shipping matters. She has been involved in casualty work, charterparty disputes, cargo claims and unsafe port cases.
Career
Marie joined Thomas Cooper as a solicitor in April 2008, having previously worked at Shaw and Croft for 4 years as a paralegal and a trainee. Marie read French Law at the University of Cergy-Pontoise (France) where she also obtained a Maîtrise in International Law. She has a LLM (with Merits) from the University of Westminster.
Marie is French.
