Typical of the type of ship finance transaction regularly handled by our finance group, the finance and delivery of the “LUKIANOS” and “IPSILANTIS” in 2005 from Japanese builders is a good example of the international coverage we provide.
Both vessels were financed out of London under English law but, with principals based in Athens, negotiations were handled by our Athens office.
The delivery of each vessel was handled in Tokyo by our Singapore office, who liaised closely with both Athens and London to ensure smooth late night deliveries.
